Luxury Bathroom Renovation

We completed this bathroom renovation in Manchester, creating a stylish and practical space with a warm, luxury finish. Large-format stone-effect tiles, brushed-brass fittings, feature wall tiling and modern bathroom furniture were brought together to create a clean, coordinated design.

Before the Renovation

The bathroom was stripped back and prepared for a complete new installation. Walls and ceiling areas were boarded and prepared, plumbing positions were arranged and a recessed wall niche was formed ready for the new bathroom layout and finishes.

Planning & Design

The design focused on making the most of this compact bathroom while giving it a premium look. Warm neutral tiles were combined with brushed-brass fittings, feature textures and integrated lighting to add character without making the room feel overcrowded.

What we did for this project

Stone-Effect Wall & Floor Tiling

Installed large-format stone-effect tiles across the walls, bath surround and floor for a seamless, modern bathroom finish.

Bath & Rainfall Shower

Fitted a new bath with a clear glass shower screen, brushed-brass mixer fittings, large rainfall shower head and handheld shower attachment.

Feature Wall & Illuminated Niche

Added vertical textured feature tiling around the vanity area and created a built-in illuminated wall niche beside the bath for practical storage and ambient lighting.

Vanity, Basin & LED Mirror

Installed a modern vanity unit with countertop basin, marble-effect top and brushed-brass handles and tap, finished with a large LED illuminated mirror.

WC & Heated Towel Rail

Fitted a modern WC and a matching brushed-brass heated towel radiator, keeping the finishes consistent throughout the bathroom.

Finishing Details

The window surround was fully tiled, recessed ceiling lighting was added and the sloped ceiling was neatly finished to complete the room.

The Finished Result

The finished bathroom feels modern, warm and luxurious, with every detail working together — from the stone-effect tiling and feature wall to the brushed-brass fittings, illuminated niche and LED mirror.
