Modern Marble & Wood Bathroom Renovation

We completed this bathroom renovation in Manchester, creating a bright, warm and practical space with a clean contemporary finish. Large marble-effect tiles, natural wood furniture, chrome fittings and modern bathroom lighting work together to give the room a stylish and comfortable feel.

Project Brief

The aim was to create a modern bathroom with plenty of storage while keeping the design light and spacious. We combined white marble-effect surfaces with warm wood finishes to add character without making the room feel busy.

Planning & Design

The layout was planned around a generous shower area, concealed WC system and practical vanity storage. Matching wood-effect furniture was used throughout to create a coordinated look, while chrome fittings keep the design fresh and contemporary.

What we did for this project

Marble-Effect Wall & Floor Tiling

Installed large-format white marble-effect tiles with warm gold veining across the walls and floor for a bright, seamless finish.

Large Shower Enclosure

Fitted a spacious glass shower enclosure with a low-profile tray, overhead rainfall shower and handheld shower attachment.

Recessed Shower Niche

Created a built-in shower niche for toiletries, keeping the shower area practical and uncluttered.

Wood-Effect Vanity & Storage

Installed a modern wood-effect vanity unit with integrated basin and matching tall storage cabinet, providing plenty of useful bathroom storage.

LED Bathroom Mirror

Added a large illuminated LED mirror above the basin to provide practical lighting and create a modern focal point.

Concealed WC & Feature Panel

Fitted a modern WC with a concealed cistern and flush plate, finished against a warm wood-effect feature panel for a cleaner look.

Heated Towel Rail

Installed a tall white heated towel radiator, providing practical heating while blending neatly with the light bathroom design.

The Finished Result

The finished bathroom feels bright, calm and modern. The combination of marble-effect tiling, natural wood furniture, a large shower enclosure, LED lighting and concealed fittings creates a practical bathroom with a high-end finish.
